Any Person who does not Stop when you say Stop is a Predator.  Depending on behavior and context, they may be a financial or sexual predator, or both.  Predators also act under the influence of drugs and alcohol which inhibits their normal sense of Boundaries both around themselves and others.  If a Person deliberately and obstinately disrespects your STOP and keeps going, you have a right to contact Public Safety, Law Enforcement, or the Federal Bureau of Investigation to report an active Stalking or Cyber Stalking situation.
