It may mean a trip to a Neighborhood Park or Nature Sanctuary, long enough to hear the Quiet sounds of Nature above the noise of your own thoughts.

If you chose Sage Green, Detachment and Withdrawal into Solitude are favored for your Health and Healing, most especially Detachment from Drama which has nothing to do with you. Ponder the phrase "Detached Compassion" and understand that those who are in need of help, may seek and find help elsewhere this time around. Do not try to be Visible when you're tired, for this is when mistakes and accidents happen. Treat yourself to a new book or study course to make sure your focus stays off the Outside World, just for a little while.

You may be spending too much time in isolation either at home or at work. Just being out in the company of other human beings will have the effect of rejuvenating your energy field, which we know also has a positive effect on the Physical Body.
