The main principle of Shamanic work is the Shift, the ability and practice of shifting energy using focused Will and Intent.  What you Intend to happen, will happen, as long as your Will and Intention are aligned with principles of Universal Ethics.  Shamanism is closely related to Quantum Physics, which teaches: What you Focus upon will grow!  A Shaman is a Quantum Physicist and Spirit-Doctor who remedies out-of-body illnesses and ailments which cannot be seen with physical eyes, however symptoms of imbalance are always evident to the physical eyes.  This is where Shamans begin: notice, discern, and diagnose Energetic Ailments, and then proceed to shift them back into balance/wellness.  The Shaman knows that only one unbalanced situation or person can affect the health and prosperity of an entire community, thus a Shaman must work persistently to keep self and others In Balance.  Whenever you encounter an imbalance in a person or situation, this is your cue to activate your Shamanic gifts to shift discordant energy back into balance.
Truth: Did you know Shamans more likely than not, live alone? Although not isolated from a Community, rather Fully Integrated, the elements of a Shaman’s living space are constantly In Flux.  Shamans are often paid in a bartering-style, rather than being paid outright with Money, all depending on a Shaman’s preferred method of Energy Exchange, some prefer not to accept Money for services rendered.

Cyan as your third Shamanic Gift means you have the gift of Alignment, the ability to shift different and diverse energies into Perfect Alignment to achieve peace, harmony, success while meeting  constructive end goals.  Where others see discord, you see the possibility of Unity, Sameness, and Like Matching Like.  You may feel comfortable Directing the flow of events, managing groups of people, and explaining complex problems in simple terms so anyone can understand.  You have the gift of Activating energy streams as needed to benefit yourself, people around you, and the World at large.  You may help people Apply successfully for jobs and other processes which require exactness and accuracy, and you may help them Apply their skills, gifts, and talents to yield prosperous outcomes (you will help them discover their personal strengths and how they may use skills, gifts, and talents to improve their own lives).  You may help people understand where they belong in the world and what their specific Soul Purpose is in methodical, easy-to-grasp terms.  You are also adept at managing and facilitating many diverse projects and endeavors at once, and are relaxed in the midst of much business and action.
