 If you found BLACK, develop your Telepathic skills by spending more time in Silence. MHCI recommends spending 1 hour a day in Silent Meditation, simply Listening to the thoughts flowing through your mind, and noting which thoughts are yours, and which carry the vibration of someone else's thought patterns. For example, thoughts about issues, plans, or worries which are not relevant to your current situation, belong to someone else. See if you can hone your ability to accurately discern who and where they are coming from.
If you found SKY BLUE, your focus should be on Spoken and Written Communication at this time, rather than on Telepathy. More important messages are being delivered on a physical rather than vibrational plane, so pay attention to real communication such as e-mails, texts, conversations, and phone calls. Become comfortable shifting back and forth between Real Communication and Telepathic Communication as necessary, because both are necessary. Mental Stillness means there's a low degree of activity on the Telepathic Thought Plane, while higher degrees of mental activity indicate a need to Pay Attention to thought forms as they arrive or arise. If you found COPPER, you are currently experiencing a high degree of Telepathic Accuracy in your thoughts and ability to interpret incoming thought vibrations from external sources. Trust the messages and hunches you receive!
