You have all you need at your fingertips to Initiate this Project or Life Choice, so there is no need for further delay. This Retrograde Period is giving you a chance to get a Cosmic Jump Ahead while everyone else may be lagging behind or simply not paying attention to opportunities put in front of them. Being Proactive does not necessarily mean being Aggressive! Stay Focused on your Goals and do what's Right for you at this time. Others will eventually fall into line behind you, even if they resist at first; best to Lead by Example rather than by coercion or force.
