Blue-Gray/Gold/Cyan refers to an International Money Laundering Ring which operates through various Countries separated by Oceans.  A typical Money Laundering Ring would circulate cash and fake international ID's through Australia, the U.S., and the U.K.  Also refers to Nigerian Money Scams although Money scams hail from Russia, Canada, and various parts of Asia and Southeast Asia as well.
